Key Functions And ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all relevant details on invoices are correct
Ensure all prices are correct prior to processing
Print invoices to accompany goods
Ensure that picking slips, invoices, PODs etc. are correctly received and filed
Receive POD's & and debriefing of drivers
Prepare all necessary documentation per claim for approval by Management
Upon authorization of management, process claims for credit note purposes
Update information in system with regards to damages/shortages received daily
Liaise with sales dept.
Keep daily GRV lists and claims up to date
Assist daily POD scanning
Daily follow up on any outstanding orders and pricing discrepancies
Report outstanding orders daily
Responsible for calls and customer enquiries
Maintain Filing
Assist in following up on 3PL deliveries
Arrange meetings and training sessions
Additional tasks as required by management
Minimum Requirements For This Position
Grade 12 (NQF 4) with two (2) years' experience in Administration.
Must have extensive FMCG experience.
Computer literate with a good mastering of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Proficient in written & spoken English.
South African citizen.
Between - 5 Years
