Generalist HR Assistant - Pretoria, South Africa - RJPersonnel
Description
3years- Provide support to management and ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures
- Initiate and drive implementation of HR initiatives.
- Facilitate sharing of best practice
- Drive employee engagement campaigns required to reinforce culture and values
- Manage the entire recruitment and talent acquisition function
- Compile reports and trends on HR internal practices and operations
- Compile Monthly HR reports for Management
- Assist with the employment equity plans and practises
- Assist management with Industrial Relations
- Oversee the administrative function of the department
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in HR management
- 5 years' experience in a similar HR position
- 3 years' experience in a Leadership role.
- Strong IR experience
- Understanding of payroll practises
- Experience implementing HR initiatives
