PERSONAL ASSISTANT & OFFICE COORDINATOR - SANDTON
Our client seeks a bright team player with no pretensions and a flexible "can do" attitude who will thoroughly enjoy a process-driven role.
This position would suite someone who has worked in the professional services if not a consultancy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a complex diary system for two consultants,
- Dealing with high profile individuals,
- Scheduling meetings internally and externally, and managing the virtual meetings platforms and audiovisual equipment,
- Maintaining efficient electronic and hard copy filing systems,
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for potential client pitches,
- Using excellent English skills to ensure that all correspondence is grammatically correct.
- Be comfortable using data bases and file finder (CRM).
- Gain as much knowledge as possible about assignments that require your involvement.
- Packages: Advanced level Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to organise functions.
THE CANDIDATE:
An outstanding team assistant trusted and highly reliable, who can assume responsibility for managing all aspects of the business process including client engagement and assignment progress.
- A highly organised, energetic, enthusiastic, resilient, and calm individual who takes initiative,
- Proactive rather than reactive attitude, working with your team not for them,
- Complete discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Pay great attention to detail/take pride in one's work.
- Thrive when working under pressure,
- Flexibility on working hours and working with/for other consultants and team members when the assignment requires it.
- A good communicator and relationship builder.
- A lateral thinker,
- Ideally familiar with recruitment and search background, but not essential.
- Driver's licence an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English essential.
- All POPI requirements respected._
