    Job Description
    The Premium Account Associate will support the Relationship Manager with day-to-day administrative functions, portfolio management, and operational tasks for an allocated Premium or Growth portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure compliance requirements are met and act as a central contact point for clients, providing sales and service aligned to segment targets.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • A business commerce degree (FAIS recognised) is essential for this role.
    • Previous experience as an account analyst or similar position, gaining exposure to lending principles and customer service, is required.
    • Strong relationship building skills and ability to articulate information effectively are necessary.
