    Senior Systems Administrator

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT Business Services team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and enhance business services systems to optimize efficiency.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and approaches, ensuring alignment with business needs.
    • Provide exceptional customer support across various applications and business processes, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
    • Identify and capitalize on technology-driven opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.
    • Lead system testing, documentation, and quality assurance efforts to ensure operational performance meets expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
    • Certifications: SAP FI/CO Certification is essential; SAP S4 HANA Certification is advantageous.
    • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in a relevant business function, with at least 4 years in application support.
    • Skills: Strong project management, business analysis, troubleshooting, and communication abilities are required for success in this role.
