    About the Position

    We are seeking a skilled Administrative & Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Heal Navigator. As part of our team, you will be the bridge between patients, doctors, nurses, labs, and pharmacies, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional care.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Coordinate with nurses, doctors, labs, and pharmacies to ensure patient needs are met.
    • Handle follow-ups and scheduling, ensuring patients stay on track with their care plans.
    • Document patient interactions in our EMR system and maintain organized medical records.

    Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in customer service, patient coordination, or healthcare administration.
    • Strong communication skills (phone, email, patient interactions).
    • Ability to multitask and manage scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
    • Strong organizational skills for handling medical files and administrative tasks.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite.

    Work Environment:

    This is a remote position that allows you to work from your home in Cape Town. Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (afternoon to evening in Cape Town). Our company offers a remote-friendly culture and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
