We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at HR Supreme.
The ideal candidate should be a systematic and process-driven individual who excels in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires the ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities throughout the day, including processing orders through various channels, managing dispatch operations, and overseeing the preparation of courier waybills, packing lists, and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue timely customer notifications (via CRM platform) for planned production completion.
• Prepare accurate and efficient courier waybills and book collections.
• Create and manage packing lists, delivery schedules, and driver assignments daily.
• Ensure the dispatch team correctly labels and numbers all orders for dispatch.
• Provide customer notifications with tracking information for completed and dispatched orders.
• Source and procure office stationery and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Facilitate customer collections on site and maintain excellent communication.
Desirable Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Suites, BobGo, and Shopify software.
Requirements:
• Valid SA ID or work permit.
• At least three years of experience in an administration role.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
