Experience

5+ years experience in Procurement and Supply chain Analytics
Experience in FMCG industry

Draft and lead RFP processes or targeted negotiations

Perform PowerPoint presentations and maintain Category level information repository

Achieve a proper balance between the source selection options of factory specific, country specific and open bid pricing models that will enable the product category to meet corporate goals

Be an active participant and help facilitate timely development and commercialization of the seasonal product category you are responsible for

Drive the costing process with the product category team and liaison offices

Effective engagement and alignment with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and to ensure that Procurement value delivery is understood and recognized as an important contributor to competitive advantage in the marketplace

Research and develop sourcing strategy options and work with Category/Commodity Managers on implementing the sourcing strategies approved by management

Participate on cross functional teams responsible for developing Request for Information (RFI's), Request for Proposals (RFP's), source plans, service contracts, supply agreements and CAPEX Authorization Process

Work with Category Managers and Director to support development and implementation of continuous improvement projects

Map processes, as required, and develop process cost analysis in conjunction with Category Managers
