    Description

    Financial/Wealth Advisor Role

    We are an industry leader within the financial service industry, seeking experienced and skilled Financial Advisors to join our team.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prospecting and closing of new business opportunities.
    • Nurturing relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and goals.
    • Maintaining existing business and providing ongoing client services.
    • Developing and presenting comprehensive financial planning recommendations.
    • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
    • Conducting daily financial needs analysis to provide informed advice.
    • Analyzing and evaluating financial information to inform decision-making.
    • Staying connected with clients throughout their life stages and adapting services accordingly.

    Requirements

    • Matriculation qualification.
    • Successful completion of the Class of Business exam.
    • Regulatory Exam for representatives (RE5) certification.
    • Certified Financial Planning (CFP) or equivalent full qualification.
    • Registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority as a full representative.
    • Proficiency in computer applications.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and entrepreneurial skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Ownership of reliable transportation.

    • A sound understanding of various financial policies, products, and portfolios.

    Package and Remuneration

    To be discussed during the interview process and will be based on a commission structure.
