We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Access Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for Exxaro.


Minimum Requirements:


Qualifications & Experience:


  • BCom (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
  • BSc (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
  • BA (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
  • B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) ( Essential/Minimum )
  • Masters Industrial Psychology ( Recommended/Desirable )
  • Management Development Programme ( Recommended/Desirable )
8-10 years Relevant experience in Resourcing/ Talent Acquisition and Talent Management or related Human Resources operations experience. Experience in Mining or related environment will be advantageous with 3-5 years' in a Middle Management role.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Ability to:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for Exxaro
  • Play a key role in bringing the ambition of the People & Performance function to life, deliver against set targets and therefore contribute to establishing a highperformance culture at Exxaro overall.
  • Have a clear focus on finding the best people for Exxaro and managing talent sustainably, this role adopts a strategic approach to recruiting and talent management, partners with the business to understand and efficiently meet immediate and future needs and translate these requirements into stateoftheart and practical systems and processes.
  • Implement effective recruitment processes, foster employer branding initiatives, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • As a member of the People & Performance leadership team, the incumbent will contribute to setting of the overall Exxaro People & Performance plans closely aligned with the overall Exxaro strategy, including the identification and definition of priority programs across the full range of People & Performance activities in the context of current and future challenges while always accounting for trends and bestpractices in the People & Performance space.
