    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    To support Estates management (Property Specialists) with administrative outputs required to finalise projects by ensuring that lease administration and financial reporting responsibilities are performed timeously according to set criteria and guidelines and that all documents are filed and easily accessible.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure that site leases are updated and maintained checking, processing and general administration of existing and new site lease and addendums.
  • Processing of rental and electricity invoices for payments on SAP Financial System.
  • To ensure that changes in lease agreements details are integrated into the company's database by liaising with property owners and obtaining the necessary documentation.
  • To create requisitions on the company's financial system and ensure that the documentation is filed according to the approved procedures.
  • To ensure that office administration duties ( minutes, presentations, meeting arrangements, are performed timeously according to the set criteria and guidelines and that all documents.
  • To co-ordinate administrative processes for the department as well as the upkeep of databases, spreadsheets and reports
  • To compile monthly reports status reports from SAP REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT database regarding lease payments, renewals and site information.
  • To ensure integrity of SAP REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT database for drawing of SCEAFS and updating SAP REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT database with changes to the lease details.
  • The Ideal candidate for this role will have:

    Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years Finance administration experience (Essential)
  • One year experience in project management administration (Desirable)
  • 1-2 years financial/budgeting, and Lease administration experience (Desirable)
  • 1-2 years contract administration and reporting experience (Desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, Diploma Finance or Real Estate equivalent (Essential)
  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • MS Office package
  • SAP
  • GSM Knowledge
  • Finance (budget principles and IFRS16)
  • Policies & Procedures
  • Legislation
  • Project management
  • Administrative skills
