    Our client is seeking a Conference and Events Coordinator to join their team.

    Requirements:
    • Conference and events experience.
    • Matric.
    • Tertiary qualification in hospitality or events management
    • Have experience in a similar field.

    Responsibilities:
    • Plan, organize, and execute conferences, seminars, and other corporate events from conception to completion.
    • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, accommodations, and signage.
    • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements, and provide personalized event solutions.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional service delivery.
    • Manage event registration processes, including attendee registration, ticketing, and communication.
    • Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, participant assistance, and troubleshooting.
    • Evaluate event success and effectiveness through post-event feedback, analysis, and reporting.
    Salary:
    R17 000 CTC
