Description
We are looking for a Replenishment Planner / Analyst to join our team.


To be successful in this role, you should feel comfortable using data to influence others and building scalable systems and processes to allow for the organization to grow.

In joining this team, you will have the opportunity to both build and operate in an ambiguous fast-paced environment and will drive initiatives that improve sales, customer experience, and process improvement within retail and operations.


  • Key Responsibilities


1.1 Work closely with HOD, mastering systems, procurement, allocations and distribution, ensuring the right merchandise mix reaches the right stores at the right price, right on time.

1.2 End - to-end stock management.

1.3 Liaison to stores regarding stock levels and requirements.

1.4 Day-to-day coordination of DC tasks to support the distribution plan.

1.5 Product testing and approval.

1.6 Managing effective business relationships with our national supplier base.


Qualification and experience:
1.7 Relevant degree with 5 years working experience in FMCG / Retail industry.

1.8 Advanced Excel abilities.


Technical knowledge:
3.1. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.

3.2. Knowledge of industry's legal rules, regulations, and guidelines.

3.3. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.

3.4. Knowledge of different business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and customer service etc.)

3.5. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
