Field Marketing

Regional Managers KPI calculation
Calculate Regional Target and distribute data to Regional Managers

Calculate and project quarterly budget for Field Marketing HOD
Brand Ambassador KPI calculation (Post-paid/Prepaid)

Weekly and monthly analysis of top 3 performers for prepaid and post-paid BAs
Review and verify all data from Regional Managers and Field Marketing Executives

Reviewing, verifying and uploading invoices for payroll
Support and guide Regional Managers on data collection and data output
Analysis and Authorization

Monthly and weekly campaign analysis of sales data report
Reviewing and uploading invoices

Monthly claim report analysis
Channel Incentive Program (CIP), Labour Broker and Field Marketing analysis and enforcing cost control

Purchasing of voucher
Product and Market analysis and strategy


Ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

Degree in Statistics or related field

Min 1 -2 years experience as a Data Analyst


Must be able to speak read and write in Mandarin
