    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Operations Manager to join our team at CA Financial Appointments.

    About the Role

    • Lead and manage finance shared services activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury operations.
    • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
    • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities and adherence to financial deadlines.
    • Maintain financial controls and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
    • Implement process improvements enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Work closely with procurement and project management teams to ensure smooth invoice approvals, vendor payments, and contract compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Supervise and manage a team of finance professionals.
    2. Monitor key financial metrics and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
    3. Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and working capital reports for senior management.
    4. Provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-making.
    5. Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications (preferred).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance shared services, preferably in an EPCM or project-based environment.
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Similar) and finance automation tools.
    • Experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
    • Proven leadership and team management experience.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
