We're excited to announce that we're looking for another Paid Ads Specialist / Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team As a leading digital marketing agency in the tourism industry, we need someone who's passionate about sustainable tourism and has experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Paid Ads, Google Tag Manager and SEO.

• Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
• Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
• Assist in the development, planning, and execution of our paid social and PPC strategies.
• Experience in Google Tag Manager and Basic Website tracking, event and goal conversion creation.
• Knowledge of SEO and ability to perform SEO Audits
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram as marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and budget tracking
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
• Optimise paid ad efforts to improve performance while lowering costs (ROI).
• Keep up with the most recent paid media and digital marketing trends.

• BComm Marketing Degree or equivalent
• Relevant Digital Marketing Qualifications
• Three years experience in digital marketing fields

• Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Mailchimp.
• Basic on page SEO optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in Google suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Good analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment

• Do you have at least 2 years experience in all of the following: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager.
