Telecommunications company based in Diep River is looking for an experience
Billings bookkeeper to join their team.

They will be responsible for all billing aspects within the PABX department including billing, invoicing, rebates, quotes, annuities and basic bookkeeping duties.

This position is with an established company who is looking for a versatile individual who is a fast learner and can be trained to assist the PAB Operations Manager.

Albatross billings and Great Plains

*Telecommunications experience advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

Main responsibility is for all billing aspects within the PABX department as well as responsibilities listed below.

  • PBX invoice queries
  • ECN SP administrator
  • ECN SP monthly billings on Albatross ±25th
  • Set up of Hosted Call Recordings for ECN SP clients
  • ECN SP monthly billing reports per client
  • ECN SP monthly recon on minutes and MRC billed to company (recon ECN invoice)
  • Monthly annuity rebate report
  • PBX warranties (maintenance build into deals) report.
  • Checking of Total monthly Annuity Report and adding ECN SP
  • Annuity report monthly

Salary:
Up to R18,000.00 per month
