Job Purpose


Reporting to the Talent & Development Manager, you are responsible for preparing our organization for future success and long-term growth, through an effective recruitment strategy, strong workforce planning and employer value proposition.

The Talent Acquisition specialist will make sure that Pernod Ricard South Africa has the right talents to succeed and that future employees have the right characteristics to fit in well with our company, culture, and values.

Responsibilities:


Recruitment- In collaboration with managers, update and create job descriptions for the organization; define the recruitment need and profile desired.- Post open vacancies externally (Pernod Ricard Website, LinkedIn) and internally (Workday).- In collaboration with our Compensation & Benefit team, design competitive financial package for new hires.- Manage our LinkedIn Recruiter Account (renew licence, manage, and optimize different modules).

Use the tool to build a talent pool for future needs.- Track all recruitments through our internal tool (Wamley) with strong KPIs- Build strong analysis based on recruitments data and develop strategies and action plans based on analysis.

- Manage all administrative tasks in relation with recruitment: drafting of contracts, reference check

Onboarding- Update and create content for our current onboarding tool.- Manage onboarding of all employees:

  • Share all administrative and informative documents with new hires-
  • Follow-up on documents and manage all individual employee files-
  • Lead the onboarding with new hires (presentation of office, key stakeholders, company presentation )

Workforce Planning- Forecast staffing needs:
Develop a staffing strategy to make sure we have an accurate forecast for near-term hiring needs; and assess the skills new employees need to have in the future

  • Analytics & data collection:
Build and generate reports showing production volume to assess future and current needs. Analyse current and future competition, monitoring employees' skills and developments.

Develop an accurate assessment of staffing needs through analysis of key trends in our business for each job category, identifying critical future skills needed for the business.- Manage seasonal worker: In collaboration with each department, manage and recruit seasonal workers (intern, consultants, replacements of maternity leave ) depending on need and priorities, to manage the increase of workload or projects in the business.- Build staffing plans and staffing budgets: formulate the staffing strategy and budgeting goals of the company to make sure Pernod Ricard South Africa makes an efficient use of our resources.- Provide strategic advice and insights taking into consideration the resources available to the company, the skill level of the employees, employee work performance, and the needs of the employees working in the various departments of the company.


External Employer Value Proposition- Design and implement a strategy and supporting tools of our external Employee Value proposition, in line with our global EVP pillars.- Research and identify innovative channels to promote the company's brand externally.- Analytics: build reports and KPI's to measure progress.- Establish strong relationship with external stakeholders to reinforce our employer brand- Attend job fairs at colleges and universities.
