A well established and innovative telecommunications company looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing channel partners and acquiring new partners.

Key functionality will be to onboard, manage, analyse, support and grow the partners business requirements through awareness, empathy, good questioning, and a consultative approach.

Strong ability to influence clients to use the company's products & solutions through articulating value in the partners environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of partners. Manage and develop relationships with existing channel partners to ensure that they are meeting their targets and that their needs are being met.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our reach and increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that partners are aligned with overall sales strategy.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of channel partners and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with channel partners.
  • Assist partners with RFP's RFQ's and RFI's and tenders

Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Marketing and sales or a related field preferable but not essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills and experience managing channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisionmaking.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
