Business unit, Department, Reporting Business Unit DPS Department Retail Solutions Reports to Senior Manager Grade S6
Core Description

Uses Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our Retail Solutions customers.
Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the projects are delivered in line with Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

3 years' experience in Project Management using Scrum Methodology in the Retail ICT industry
Or
If the highest qualification is grade 12, 5 years' experience in Project Management using Scrum Methodology in the Retail ICT industry Certifications Scrum Master Certification Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
