We are currently recruiting German Speaking Agents in the Somerset West/Helderberg Area.


We are a Somerset-based contact centre, servicing a worldwide client base and we are looking for agents who wish to grow within the company.


If you are tenacious, ambitious, and well-spoken, you could benefit from extensive in-house training and development programs and enjoy the unique and funky work environment, decked with a canteen area with pool tables, foosball tables, and lounge areas.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Sales or support experience B2B or B2C
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent command of the German language is essential (German first/home language)
  • A 3minute introductory video. Introduce yourself and your working experience. English and German 50/50
  • Your latest CV
  • A headshot of yourself.
