    Job Description

    As a skilled Sheet Metal Manufacturing and Design Professional, you will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, parts, and drawings for laser cutting and machined parts.

    • Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) for equipment and create cutting lists for laser cuttings.
    • Utilize AMADA bending machine software and programming knowledge to enhance design efficiency.
    • Work with SolidWorks, utilizing your expertise in the program to design and develop complex assemblies.
    • Collaborate with engineers to create detailed machine drawings with precise tolerances.
    • Assist in the creation of new designs and developments, improving current products to meet management requirements.
    • Maintain controlled documents and update revisions on drawings and cutting lists as necessary.
    • Ensure company information is secure and not removed from the premises.
    • Complete weekly timesheets and submit them by Friday.

    • Must have experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing and design of machines and do full models, parts for laser cutting, and machined parts.
    • SolidWorks Professional experience, with a certificate from a SolidWorks Professional Course.
    • Hands-on experience measuring parts and creating drawings.
    • AMADA bending machine software and programming an advantage.
