- Opening and closing of Budget periods monthly
- Assist in Quarterly Forecast
- Refresh numbers in the flash template for the monthly management reporting
- Support SM FP&A with data gathering for the automation of reporting tools
- Assist SM reviewing of the monthly flash file and summaries
- Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations for Exco
- Data extract and review of Manco CC Opex and scrutinizing of data
- Review Cost centre reports with FinOps team to ensure accurate reporting
- Monitor and report Financial and Non Financial KPIs
- Track every Opex spending by project on monthly basis Profees, Marketing, Managed services
