Description

• Ensure that staff in retail stores log in and engage on the Cnnect Application daily
• Build strong relationships with retail store staff and management
• Provide ongoing training and support to retail store staff
• Monitor and report on staff engagement levels
• Troubleshoot technical issues with the Cnnect Application
• Report on any issues or concerns to senior management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase staff engagement levels
• Attend team meetings and provide regular progress reports
• Travel extensively throughout the Gauteng Province to meet engagement targets

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Tertiary education in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
