    Description

    Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking

    Overseeing structured lending portfolio for South Africa and Lending Solutions in Africa Regions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Analysis, Risk Management, Portfolio Management and Planning.
    2. Monitoring portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and offering customized lending solutions.
    3. Collaborating with senior management to enhance structured lending business and profitability.
    4. Preparing reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics.

    We are looking for a Finance Manager who can drive financial success through strategic decision-making, effective risk management and strong client relationships.

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of experience in financial or management accounting role with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and performance analysis.
    • Demonstrated ability to articulate information, challenge ideas, generate ideas and interact with people at various levels of responsibility.

    The ideal candidate will be able to examine industry trends, influence business and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
