    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate within a project team under the guidance of an IT Manager.
    • Work closely with senior team members to ensure requirements are met.
    • Define and organize development tasks, providing accurate estimations.
    • Undertake additional duties as directed by line managers.
    • Actively seek opportunities to enhance our applications.

    Qualifications and Skills Required:
    • Degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science or related technical field
    • Minimum of 5 years of development experience.
    • Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
    • Experience in an agile environment, preferably with Scrum/KANBAN.
    • Strong working knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, JSON, XML).
    • Familiarity with managing large datasets and incremental batch loading methodologies.
    • Understanding of relational data structures and database technologies.
    • Ability to develop unit testing for code components.
    • Advantageous skills in Microsoft stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, SQL Server).
    • Experience with DevOps practices is beneficial.
    • Previous exposure to the Insurance Industry is advantageous.
