The HR Administrator will be required to provide professional, effective and efficient HR administration support to the HR Manager.

Furthermore, you will be required to coordinate relevant HR activities related to workforce planning, leave management, HR Administration, employee engagement, wellness and other HR activities for Southern Africa.


Job Description Experience**We are growing our Durban and Cape Town teams and are looking to engage qualified Construction Studies individuals.


If you are interested in being considered for a role with us, we are currently looking at recruiting Graduates to acquire experience in working with complex teams to support the growth of our business in a fast-paced, environment.


Key Accountabilities

  • Conducting background research, cost data collection and benchmarking
  • Assisting with estimating and cost plans
  • Supporting value Engineering exercise
  • Assisting with developing procurement strategies
  • Assisting with compiling and amending tender lists
  • Assisting with drafting the procurement documentation
  • Assisting with dealing with variations and the change control processes, negotiating with contractors
  • Conducting cost checks and valuations

BSc (Honours) Construction Studies**
