    We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to achieve sales targets. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager with player-coach responsibilities, you will benefit from personalized coaching and mentorship, equipping you with the skills needed for professional growth and success in the sales field.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, focusing on NMI's solutions.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to close.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value proposition and benefits of NMI's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage promotional campaigns and events for lead generation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in regular sales training and team meetings, sharing best practices and continuously improving sales skills under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology and/or payment solutions industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a disciplined approach to managing sales pipelines and follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Please note that for this role you will be required to work US working hours and attendance in the Cape Town office is required.

  • Annual salary of R406,000 - R451,000 depending on experience.
