    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Central Buying Team and coordinate Central Buying activities by gathering CFE buying related information and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Critical Path & Merchandise Diary

      1. Book all critical path meetings in the diary.
      2. Secure meeting rooms especially during changes due to diary shifts.
      3. Book meetings and secure venue for all licensing activities.
      4. Distribute calendars to internal and external stakeholders.
    2. Licensing Support

      1. Prepare licensors monthly product views with images.
      2. Download, save and distribute style guides.
      3. Respond to licensing styles queries.
      4. Process licensing product approvals.
    3. Collation

      1. Collate products for review - map sheets.
      2. Maintain buying agent records.
      3. Ensure presentation aesthetics: deals deck; ops alignment.
      4. Verify order information.
      5. Maintain product attributes system.
      6. Review match minutes.

    Experience and Skills Required:

    Essential:

    • Previous experience (preferably 2 years) in an administrative role.

    Preferred:

    • Previous experience (2 years) in an administrative role within a retail/buying environment.

    Skills Required:

    • Proficiency in the latest Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
    • Sound organizing and time management skills.
    • The ability to:
      • Communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders.

      Qualifications Required:

      Essential:

      • A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric.

      Preferred:

      • A Relevant qualification in Administration, Clothing Management, or related field.

      Job Related Knowledge:

      • Knowledge of retail processes.
      • Knowledge of merchandise critical path.
      • Knowledge of clothing/apparel fabrics and styles.
      • Knowledge of project coordination.
