Job DescriptionAssists in the administration and maintenance of all Bank facilities, grounds and equipment, ensuring continuous and efficient operation thereof
- Ensure correct invoicing and maintenance was concluded to decrease losses to the bank
- Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including endusers, SME's, project managers and senior staff members
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines regarding the Bank's Facilities and maintenance
- Assimilate and record maintenance data and control and coordinate all contractual services including checking and processing contractual and ad hoc maintenance invoices processes
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Follow up on matters under diary
