Job Description

Assists in the administration and maintenance of all Bank facilities, grounds and equipment, ensuring continuous and efficient operation thereof

  • Ensure correct invoicing and maintenance was concluded to decrease losses to the bank
  • Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including endusers, SME's, project managers and senior staff members
  • Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines regarding the Bank's Facilities and maintenance
  • Assimilate and record maintenance data and control and coordinate all contractual services including checking and processing contractual and ad hoc maintenance invoices processes
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
  • Follow up on matters under diary
