We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Credit Controller to join their dynamic team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess a financial or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A background in finance will be advantageous.

- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities in the Position:
- Manage the loading and reconciliation of general creditors.
- Handle import payments by setting up files and uploading them to the bank.
- Ensure the proper allocation of payments made in the system.
- Address any ad hoc inquiries and issues from creditors.
Collaboration:
- Engage with customers, providing them with professional and timely assistance.
- Consult and collaborate with consultants within the company.
- Foster effective teamwork with colleagues.
