    Job Description:

    Financial Reporting Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to monitor, collate and deliver financial reports that enable senior executives to track our performance against strategic objectives.

    The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of our financial digital dashboard, streamlining reporting deliverables and enhancing our overall business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collate and deliver high-quality financial reports to senior executives
    • Develop and implement our financial digital dashboard
    • Analyze financial and non-financial information to inform business decisions
    • Present financial and non-financial information to stakeholders
    • Apply technical knowledge around financial reporting, particularly IFRS
    • Critically review and improve financial models to enhance reporting integrity and relevance

    Requirements:

    • Postgraduate degree in Finance and Accounting or Information Studies
    • 1-2 years of experience in Financial Insights & Analytics and Finance & Value Management
    • 5-7 years of experience with a good understanding of bank reporting and financial structure
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to critically review and improve models
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
