Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales objectives, market penetration, and revenue growth.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure the team's performance aligns with company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop key accounts to drive sales growth.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Utilise this knowledge to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.

Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.

Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in lubricant/oil sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of the lubricant and oil industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Resultsoriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
