Job Title: B2B Marketing Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing professional to join our team at {company}. This role involves creating, monitoring and optimizing various digital campaigns across international markets.

Responsibilities:

Create, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Analyze campaign data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize existing campaigns for better performance.
Develop and execute a comprehensive understanding of digital target markets and audiences, including campaign KPIs and metrics.
Predict campaign performance based on previous experience and data analysis.
Set up and test goals and conversion tracking in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related Commerce field.
Postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing Management or related field is desirable.
A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on international markets.
Experience in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, e-commerce platforms, and third-party remarketing platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
Excellent analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
Thorough understanding of conversion tracking systems and GA4.

Preferred Skills:

TV Streaming.
Google Tag Manager.
Marketing Cloud intelligence / Marketing automation.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
