    Job Summary:

    Fempower is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning and Governance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing governance processes, as well as organisational performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement governance processes to ensure effective strategic planning and organisational performance.
    • Monitor and evaluate organisational performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of organisational performance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of governance processes.
    • Provide expert advice on business management principles and practices to support organisational performance.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant postgraduate business qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification in monitoring and evaluation.
    • Expertise in organisational governance and business management processes and planning.
    • Minimum of 5 years' management experience in strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation within a public entity or government institution.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
