Requirements:
- Qualifications: Btech, Bsc Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) Degree
- Minimum 23 years first line leadership experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience in world class manufacturing tools and techniques such TPM, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing
- Master Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
- FMCG, High speed packaging environments preferred
- Systems: computerized maintenance systems (CMMS), OEE measurements
