JOB TITLE Restaurant Supervisor
REPORTS TO Resident Manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPs are adhered to
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, directing & controlling the department & rostering of staff
- Manages & lead the restaurant staff in the absence of the restaurant manager
- Maintains excellent relationships with guests
- Provide an efficient, courteous service to guests
- Attend to guest complaints promptly & efficiently
- Train & develop staff
- Admin duties as required
- Assist with weekly/monthly stocktake as required
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information throughout the property as per operating standards
- Supplies relevant information to other departments to assist them with planning & running their departments
- Ensures that cash handling & banking procedures are strictly adhered to
- Performs additional duties as requested by Management
- Any other duties that may be required
