Description

• Ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPs are adhered to
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, directing & controlling the department & rostering of staff
• Manages & lead the restaurant staff in the absence of the restaurant manager
• Maintains excellent relationships with guests
• Provide an efficient, courteous service to guests
• Attend to guest complaints promptly & efficiently
• Train & develop staff
• Admin duties as required
• Assist with weekly/monthly stocktake as required
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information throughout the property as per operating standards
• Supplies relevant information to other departments to assist them with planning & running their departments
• Ensures that cash handling & banking procedures are strictly adhered to
• Performs additional duties as requested by Management
• Any other duties that may be required
