Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Duties:

Plan and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
Complete all role profiles and ensure job specifications are in place for all positions within the Organization.
Conclude competency interview questionnaires with the recruiting manager.
Conduct preemployment verification checks.
Onboard new employees.
Ensure appropriate links to company website, and other relevant links.
Design and implement the SKT EVP program.
Market the company as an employer of choice, actively work with the marketing team to build our social media presence and to advertise on suitable platforms.
Organizational structure charts/ Organograms are in place and updated for all departments / positions.
Ensure monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics are completed.
Assist with the adhoc recruitment campaigns (learnerships, graduates, TVET etc)

Qualifications:

Experience and Knowledge of:

35 Years' experience in a focused Talent Acquisition role / Recruitment role within a corporate environment.
In depth knowledge of the recruitment processes and recruitment systems

Skills:

Strong understanding of LRA, BCEA, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act
Understanding of business operations
Excellent Negotiation skills
Headhunting Skills
Knowledge of recruitment platforms
Change management.
Indepth knowledge and understanding of relevant company policies, processes and procedures.
Knowledge of relevant IT platforms
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on crossfunctional teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
Business partnering skills.
