Description of job purpose:


Telesales interacts with all levels and departments within the company, interacts with senior and junior management, administrators, call center agents, as well as reps in the field.

System administration.


General:


  • System administration
  • Manage Job Schedules.
  • Manage Outlets and Buying Groups.
  • Manage Engaged users.
  • System and supplier interaction.
  • Assisting employees

Core Functions:


  • Telesales has to problem solve, implement time management, and give as well as receive feedback.
  • Interact with all levels and departments within the company as well as KAM and orders department.
  • Telesales is required to follow and adhere to the One Mail Trail process.
  • Communicate and provide feedback to the suppliers on deals loaded.

Details of Functions:


  • Update the customer database by contacting buying groups for opening letters, closing letters, as well as members list, and contact reps for updated information on independent stores.
  • Add geolocations, addresses, VAT numbers, and contact details for the stores on our system.
  • Update store account numbers according to the relevant suppliers.
  • Update customer hierarchy on the system according to buying group changes.
  • Maintain job schedules (job schedules) for national sales team on the system by allocating new stores to sales representatives; loading job schedules received from regional sales managers per supplier; and updating changes and reshuffles every month (or when there are staff changes).
  • Maintain job schedules (job schedules) for all the merchandisers on the system; load job schedules received from merchandising department manager; and updating changes.
  • Update national OneDrive folders on job schedules.
  • Retrieve new user information to create user login details on the system; and update user information when required, such as access levels.
  • Ensure Excel templates are maintained for record keeping purposes in prevention of any pricing anomalies.
  • Cover for BI Deals when required.

Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:

- good understanding of systems: 3 years (required)
