    Reporting to the Sales and Account Manager Team Lead.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify key accounts within seller base.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communication with these key accounts.
  • Strive to understand the business objectives, challenges, and needs of each key account.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze each key account to identify opportunities for business expansion and GMV increase.
  • Develop specific strategies for account growth, including cross-selling and upselling tactics.
  • Craft and present proposals to sellers outlining your growth strategies and expected benefits.
  • Maintain high-quality service to ensure Seller satisfaction.
  • Address any inquiries from the key accounts, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage Seller expectations by communicating plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Anticipate Seller needs proactively, and propose solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Regularly research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities.
  • Use this market knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in the organization.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to address the needs of key accounts promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor key performance metrics for each account, such as sales, selection promotion, and In Stock levels.
  • Analyze these metrics to assess the health of each account and identify trends.
  • Propose actionable recommendations based on findings.

  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • If the degree/diploma qualification requirement isn't met, at least 6 years solution sales experience, preferably in the retail and/ software solutions industry OR
  • 3 - 5 years solution sales experience, preferably in the retail and/ software solutions industry
  • Experience presenting to senior managers & C-suite
  • Competence in Excel
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
