    Description

    Business Analyst Position

    This role involves leading and improving analytical programs to present results to business unit/category/region leaders. The successful candidate will analyze variable granular data of the business, utilizing advanced models to deliver business insights across diverse domains.

    The ideal candidate will possess a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge, and business insight. They will be able to answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities, delivering insights that make significant impacts.

    Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, as well as analytic tools like Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx, will be used to grasp business insights from large datasets.

    Collaboration with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) is essential to improve key business priorities based on data-driven insights.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.)
    • Data management and visualization skills/tools in one or more of the following: Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS or similar)
    • 0 - 2 years of experience
