    • Educate suppliers on procedures and policies through clear communication.
    • Assist suppliers with profile updates and resolve issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform features and services.
    • Monitor performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience.
    • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).
    • Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
