    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
    • Create data models and implement integration solutions using SQL and Hadoop.
    • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and QlikView to support business decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver data solutions.
    • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security while optimizing data workflows for performance and reliability.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing data pipelines and infrastructure.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
    • Strong SQL skills for querying, data modeling, and database management.
    • Experience with Power BI and QlikView for data visualization and reporting.
    • Hands-on experience with Hadoop and related big data technologies.
    • Experience in the investments or banking industry.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
    • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    This position is a 12-month contract. Experience in the investments or banking industry is highly desirable.
