Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferable:

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably a retail environment:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with content marketing creation and management.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for marketing.

Responsibilities:


  • Reports To: Marketing Director
  • Lead the execution of the marketing strategy.
  • Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objective
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and track industry trends.
  • Manage and develop relationships with marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest marketing trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as buying, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support marketing goals.
  • Manage and collaborate with store managers to ensure effective campaign execution and brand consistency across all locations.
  • Track and analyse the performance of retail marketing campaigns to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the development of engaging content for instore marketing materials
  • Create marketing campaigns specifically targeted to instore customers, including pointofsale displays, signage, and promotional events.
  • Create a strategy for sponsorships, manage the sponsorship budget, allocate marketing sponsorship budgets based on best partnerships with the business.
