Job Description:

We are seeking an Industrial/Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Cape Town.

This role requires a B.Eng/BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line dynamics, as well as experience in time studies and production line optimisation.
This position involves transitioning engineering designs and data into production, managing industrial and process engineering functions, reviewing and approving sub-systems for build feasibility, and setting up detailed production line process models.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for investigating production line issues and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
