    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage in strategic discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.
    • Support the execution of business strategies through effective HR practices.
    • Provide innovative ideas and constructive feedback to management teams, acting as a change agent.
    • Advise leaders on personnel matters, backed by solid metrics and evaluations.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management, performance enhancement, and organizational change.
    • Collaborate with various HR functions to ensure cohesive service delivery.
    • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
    • Lead and manage the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
    • Utilize HR expertise to influence key areas such as change management, organizational structure, employee satisfaction, and talent analytics.
    • Assist in developing robust talent pipelines and effective talent management strategies.
    • Mentor and coach junior HR team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • In-depth understanding of HR functions and best practices.

    • Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
