    Description

    Job Title: Artisan Assistant

    At {company}, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Artisan Assistant. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and repair tractors, TLBs, and other farm equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
    • Perform tasks as assigned by the Workshop Foreman, adhering to established priorities and deadlines.
    • Source and procure necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance.
    • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
    • Relevant work experience in engineering or technical roles is advantageous.
    • Ability to work overtime as required.

    The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of R250,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
