Responsibilities:


  • Produce highquality written content for blogs, articles, press releases, etc.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
  • Brainstorming creative concepts.
  • Offering creative insight on how we can better our platforms and keep up to date with trends.
  • Knowing the basics when it comes to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok;
  • Research creative ways to make posts more visually appealing;
  • Schedule content in advance and adhere to an outlined editorial schedule;
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with the online community;
  • Support the Business Development teams in daily administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed or finalising studies towards a tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing and/or Communications
  • Examples and/or portfolio of work completed for other clients
  • Examples of copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Analytics, SEO and AdWords knowledge
  • Reliable internet connection at home that is not affected by loadshedding

  • Must be organised and dependable.
  • Must be able to follow a schedule and remain flexible to quick changes.

  • Should be creative and familiar with digital trends.
  • Must work with the editor to constantly improve the digital numbers.

Important - take note:


  • There will be a 3month probation period
  • The role will be based in Cape Town
  • A workfromhome arrangement could be negotiated after successful completion of the probation period

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
R5, R5,500.00 per month
