Description

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to established standards, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute deep cleaning activities, such as scrubbing floors, cleaning appliances, and disinfecting hightouch areas.
• Handle office cleaning duties, including emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
• Utilize cleaning machines and equipment effectively and safely, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and steam cleaners.
• Ensure all cleaning products and tools are used and stored appropriately, following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory, notifying management when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow established schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure cleaning requirements are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while representing the company.

• Proven experience as a cleaner with a minimum of 35 years in residential and commercial cleaning settings.
• Proficiency in using cleaning machines and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and steam cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform cleaning tasks to high standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and their safe usage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and guidelines effectively.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Professional Cleaning certifications.
