To acquire and retain sites in accordance with the business needs and maintain relationships with the relevant role players involved in the acquisition and retention of sites.
Required:
Grade 12
Tertiary education will be advantageous
Five years' experience
General administration
Legal background
Town planning
Property development
Exposure to an outdoor advertising agency will be advantageous
Exposure and relationships with Western Cape council offices
Computer literate
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
MAP Info or ArcView
AutoCAD
Photoshop or Corel Draw will be an advantage
Geographical area - familiar with geographical area
Legislative requirements - familiar with council by-laws and regulations with reference to outdoor signage
Contract management - familiar with lease agreements and council approval procedures
